We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT+8 on a business day are processed the same day, otherwise the next business day. Standard delivery takes 4-8 business days after dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

You may return products within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned for a full refund of the product price. For health and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.

To start a return, email ovahang.support@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back — returns received without them cannot be processed.

Return shipping is paid by the customer (you).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items: email us within 7 days of order with a photo, and we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Subscription orders that have already been charged and shipped follow the same rules — see Terms of Service for how to cancel before the next charge.
