By placing an order with OVAHANG you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock shortages, and will refund you in full if we do.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you are signing up for an order that renews automatically and saves you 15% on every delivery. The cycle has to be completed at least 2 time for the percentage to work.

• Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each cycle, at the frequency you selected (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks), until you cancel.
• The renewal price and frequency are shown at checkout before you order and repeated in your confirmation email.
• We email you before each renewal charge with the amount and the date.
• You can pause, skip, change the frequency or cancel at any time in your customer account or by emailing support@ovahang.com. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• Cancel at least 1 week before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Orders already charged and shipped are handled under Shipping & Returns.

Health disclaimer

OVAHANG is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

It does not make drinking alcohol safe, does not prevent intoxication, and is not a treatment for alcohol use. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of HONGKONG, without regard to its conflict of law rules. [Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong State.]

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
